A WOMAN accused of trying to murder an elderly hospital patient has been granted bail until she stands trial in October.
Julia Knight denies the attempted murder of Irene Robson at Horton General Hospital in October and appeared at Oxford Crown Court today for a pre-trial review.
Wearing a green floral patterned white dress, the short-haired 55-year-old sat with her hands folded and head bowed during the 15-minute hearing.
Knight, of Sycamore Drive, Banbury, had her bail amended to allow her to break a 9pm to 9am curfew for two days in order to go into hospital for a routine day surgery operation in August.
She will return to the same court for trial on Monday, October 19.
