A MAN has been charged with a conspiracy to kidnap and rob in Oxford, Thames Valley Police said.
Radoslaw Litwiak, 27, of no fixed address, faces one count of conspiring to kidnap and one count of conspiring to commit robbery between April 15 and April 21 this year.
The charges are in connection with an incident in Barton on April 21 this year and relate to a 34-year-old male victim.
During the incident, another man, Wojciech Ryniak, 35, was injured and later died.
Litwiak was arrested on Thursday and remanded in custody. He was due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court this morning.
Police said Litwiak is the sixth person arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation.
