Slash foreign aid and spend it on our welfare
CHANCELLOR George Osborne (June 23) confirmed £12nn will be slashed off the welfare bill.
By coincidence, that is the same amount spent each year in overseas aid.
The politicians just don’t get it. The majority of the UK want overseas aid stopped or cut until the UK is in surplus.
Remember, Mr Cameron, charity begins at home.
