THE glorious weather will come to an abrupt end as thunderstorms and heavy rain were forecast for tomorrow.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for rain, which means the public should be aware that there is a chance of “significant disruption”.
Heavy, and possibly severe, thunderstorms are expected to develop on Friday evening across parts of the county.
The Met Office said some torrential downpours could lead to surface water flooding, with large hail and frequent lightning also possible.
The weather warning is valid from 7pm on Friday through to midday on Saturday.
