All lines are blocked resulting in services in both directions being either delayed or cancelled. Disruption is expected to continue until 6.45pm.
The rail operator has also said there are 20 minutes delays to and from London Paddington and between Oxford and Didcot Parkway due to speed restrictions following the heatwave.
