Same old story about road works causing jams
I WAS amused to read in Monday’s ‘Looking Back’ column of ‘Memory Lane’ “60 Years Ago –Motorists in Oxford area are complaining that too many roads are being dug up at the same time for repair, causing serious congestion in parts of the city.”
