An “unprecedented” number of students attended an annual welcome day, according to City of Oxford College.
About 900 young people starting courses in September attended the day on Friday to find out more about their programme of study, meet with teaching staff and get to know other students.
Head of learner services Carole Nyssen said: “We have had an unprecedented level of engagement at this event.
“It is a great opportunity for students to find out about the college, to make new friends and start planning their future.”
