HUNDREDS of people have gathered in Witney today for the first Libfest, a charity music festival in memory of Liberty Baker.
Organiser Kieran Butler, 18, a friend of Liberty, said he was blown away with how many people had turned up to the event he started planning last year.
Witney teenage rock band Better Format the Signal, many of whom knew Liberty, were first on stage, to be followed by Twisted State of Mind.
The festival is raising money for road safety charities Road Peace and Brake and Oxfordshire bereavement charity Seesaw.
Liberty was 14 when she died on June 30.
The Henry Box School pupil was knocked down and killed by a car as she walked to school. The driver involved, Robert Blackwell, was jailed for four years.
