Amy Breslin, 28, of Swalcliffe Road, Upper Tadmarton, Banbury, admitted speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone in Main Road, Broughton, on October 6. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Derek Cantwell, 57, of Church Road, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted driving a vehicle without insurance in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on December 17. Also admitted driving a vehicle without a licence in St Aldate’s on the same date. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Leon Drummond, 42, of Marlborough Place, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle without a licence in Spiceball Park Road, Banbury on December 11. Also admitted driving a vehicle without insurance in Spiceball Park Road on the same date. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Zarbab Manzoor, 19, of Stainfield Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 45pmh in a 30mph zone on the A4074 in Nuneham Courtenay on November 19. Fined £65 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

Florian Cretu, 31, of Thames Allen, Bicester, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Banbury Magistrates’ Court on March 30 by failing to attend unpaid work on April 25. New community order made requiring him to be placed under a curfew for three months starting on June 12.

Aaron Taylor, 26, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, convicted of driving without insurance in Abingdon Road on October 25. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Alex Ahmet, 56, of Cardigan Street, Oxford, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 20mph zone in St Giles, Oxford, on November 24. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Graham Radbone, 56, of Whimbrel Way, Banbury, admitted speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone on the A4260 in Adderbury on October 19. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Adam Ryan, 34, of Azalea Avenue, Kidlington, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to Lewis in Leiden Road, Oxford, on February 20. Also admitted a charge of assaulting Pc Reeves in the execution of his duty on the same occasion. Ordered to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work and participate in a rehabilitation course for 40 days. Also ordered to pay £200 costs and £100 compensation.

Martin Mansell, 59, of Caldecott Road, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 54mph in a 30mph zone in Cuddesdon Road, Horspath on December 15. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Joseph Heaney, 29, of Sherwood Place, Oxford, admitted speeding at 68mph in a 50mph zone on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford on August 16. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Christopher Skepper, 33, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, admitted speeding at 50mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford Road, Woodstock, on November 22. Fined £430 and ordered to pay a £43 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Stephen Rushmer, 54, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted using abusive and threatening language towards Pc Stevenson in a public place on June 5, which he was prohibited from doing by an Antisocial Behaviour Order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 4. Community Order made requiring 30 days of rehabilitation activity, and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Nerijus Juodzdalis, 21, of Crotch Crescent, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Crotch Crescent on May 31. Had 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted driving without a driving licence on that occasion. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Ryan Major, 23, of Mereland Road, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Park Road, Didcot, on May 30. Had 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35 micrograms legal limit. Also admitted driving on a public road without valid insurance or a valid MOT test certificate. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 16 months.

Jake Smith, 25, of Stratton Way, Abingdon, admitted stealing £50 worth of deodorants and shower gels from The Co-op in Bury Street, Abingdon, on May 29; two tubs of protein powder, worth £92.18 from Holland and Barret in the same street on the same day, and £38 worth of vodka from the same Co-op on May 24. Also admitted stealing meat, of value unknown, from the Bury Street Co-op on May 17, and stealing a £125 Galaxy mobile phone from a person in Abingdon Market Square on June 12. Given a 16-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to have drug rehabilitation treatment for six months. Ordered to pay £213 compensation, £50 costs, an £80 victim surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Martin Buckley, 48, of Reading Road, East Hendred, near Wantage, admitted racially-aggravated assault against a man in Wantage Market Place on December 23. Given a community order requiring 50 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £500 costs.
