A 44-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with outraging public decency at Royal Ascot.
The man, from Didcot, was arrested by police amid allegations he was going around the stands filming up women’s skirts with a camera.
Officers said the man was one of eight people arrested during the final day of Royal Ascot on Saturday.
He was released on police bail to appear before magistrates at Slough, Berkshire, in July.
