FESTIVAL fever hit Florence Park today with families joining in the community event.
The third Flofest event proved o be a hit with residents, who gathered to enjoy the music and activities on show.
Festivities are planned to continue until 5pm tonight with a Samba band set to headline the event.
Visitors can also continue to enjoy the talents of their canine companions during a dog show, as well as indulging in treats on offer at a community market.
Lead organiser Alan Brown, of Florence Park, said: “It’s been a pleasure to be part of this and all the people I have had to work with.
“It’s a really good show of the capability of the community.
“This is our chance to really show off the community to everyone. It’s gone very smoothly.”
Father of three, Charlie Crichton, 40 said: “I came here last year for the first time.
“This year is really great, there seems to be much more events organised, it has something for the whole family.”
