The sentencing for retailers Hugo Boss following the death of four-year-old Austen Harrison at its Bicester Village store has been postponed until Thursday, September 3.
At Banbury Magistrates’ Court on June 3, the company admitted breaching health and safety rules after the youngster, from Crawley, died after being crushed by an 18-stone store mirror in June 2013.
Judge David Chinery adjourned sentencing, which will now go ahead in September at Oxford Crown Court.
