POLICE have closed a small section of the right-hand lane of the Eastern Bypass approaching Headington after a car crashed into the central reservation.
Force spokeswoman Hannah Williams said the crash had happened at about 8.10am, but it was not yet known if anyone in the car, a red Peugeot, was injured.
The car was being recovered because it was facing in the wrong direction, she added.
South Central Ambulance Service spokeswoman Michelle Archer confirmed paramedics were at the scene.
