Must we keep voting until we get it right?
JOHN MADEN (June 8), writing on behalf of Ukip, criticises the actions of the Irish government when the Irish people had voted the “wrong” way in an EU referendum, making them vote again until they got it right.
But isn’t that exactly what Ukip are doing, demanding a new referendum because (from Ukip’s point of view) the electorate voted the “wrong” way last time.
