Go-ahead for flats in Bicester
Forty-two apartments for the elderly will be built in Victoria Road after permission was granted.
At a Cherwell District Council planning committee meeting yesterday, councillors voted in favour of the apartments.
Churchill Retirement Living will build on the land previously used for a Winners Bargain Centre.
Communal facilities, landscaping and 26 parking spaces will be split between Linden Road and Victoria Road.
