The deadline for comments on plans that would see Botley lose its petrol station has passed and a decision is expected in the next two months.
The application, which would see a coffee shop and restaurant open, is for the second phase of a £15m redevelopment of Seacourt Retail Park.
With no new petrol station expected in the redevelopment of West Way, the next nearest petrol station would be in Oxpens Road or at Sainsbury’s Heyford Hill store on the bypass.
More than 20 comments were received and a decision is due on August 5.
