A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a crash with a bus near Magdalen Bridge today.
A South Central Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the woman, believed to be in her 20s, had head and leg injuries and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital by ambulance.
There was no update on how serious the injuries were.
The spokeswoman added: "We were called at 3.24pm to the High Street to a road traffic collision involving a cyclist and a bus.
"We sent a rapid response vehicle, an ambulance officer and an ambulance crew. There were a couple of off-duty paramedics on scene too."
Staff at Stagecoach Oxford told the Oxford Mail it is believed the incident involved an Oxford City Sightseeing bus.
A member of staff at Magdalen College confirmed the incident was reported to him about 5pm.
