I WOULD like to thank our caring Government and council. They certainly have the public’s interests at heart.
We are advised to use local public transport to save congestion on the roads.
For years we have had the “past it” buses which continually break down – but then, most of us pensioners using the service are “past it” as well.
We had a glimmer of hope when we heard a different firm was being employed.
Twice this week I have experienced the bus not turning up.
Passengers couldn’t attend doctors and hospital appointments on time and students couldn’t be on time for very important exams. To add a little sorrow to the occasion, we gather the fares have increased.
