STUDENTS at Abingdon and Witney College hope the chills in the audience will multiply as they begin their four-night run of Grease.
About 30 students have spent the last six weeks rehearsing the famous musical, the film of which starred John Travolta and Olivia Newton John in 1978.
After performing to a large audience last night, the group of students hope to electrify future audiences on today, tomorrow and Friday at the college’s Abingdon Campus in Wootton Road.
Abingdon resident and musical theatre enthusiast Josh Kerr is performing the role of Danny at the fictitious Rydell High School.
The 18-year-old said : “We’re all feeling quite confident, we’re well rehearsed and looking forward to it. I think we chose Grease because it’s a great musical.”
