Man exposed himself to woman in Cowley after asking for wet wipe
A MAN exposed himself to a woman after he asked her for a wet wipe.
Thames Valley Police said at 11.25am yesterday in Liddell Road in Cowley a woman was approached by a man, who asked for a wet wipe.
While the woman searched her handbag, the man exposed himself to her.
Police said the man was black, in his late 30s to early 40, about 5ft 7ins, with short black curly hair and stocky build.
He was wearing white trousers, white trainers, white trainer socks and a light grey t-shirt with a blue pattern on the front. He had a white mobile phone with him.
