Puppet shows are just some of the events of a packed Easter programme of children's entertainment at The Mill Arts Centre in Banbury.
Children aged from five to eight have their own tailored Easter arts workshop on Tuesday which will be full of creativity and enjoyment.
The same afternoon families can enjoy a stage production of The Elves and the Shoemaker, the famous fairytale brought to life by Support Act.
The tale tells the story of a young, hardworking shoemaker who is threatened with eviction if he does not make or sell more shoes.
Just as he thinks all is lost his luck changes thanks to two elves creep into his shop at night and create exquisite shoes for his shop.
The show features music and puppetry as well as colourful costumes and sets.
On Wednesday, Kate Bere will be running an art workshop for youngsters aged from eight to 12. This promises to be an enjoyable day of junk sculpture, funny face portraits and plate painting.
Three to five-year-olds can have fun too at a playscheme on Thursday. The day workshop includes a ticket to the afternoon children's stage show Chicken Licken, based on the famous Grimms fairy tale and also presented by Support Act.
Using shadow and rod puppetry, Chicken Licken tells the story of a baby chick who is born and thinks the sky is falling down.
This one-man show is a trilogy of classic tales from the Ladybird books - Chicken Licken, The Little Red Hen and The Fox and the Hen.
