Matthew Maudsley was on target for Cobras, but Bluebirds clinched the title thanks to Oliver Carr's goal.
Harwell & Hendred won 4-0 at Abingdon United.
A brace from Harry Fisher and further goals from Ciaran O’Mahony and Cameron King did the damage.

Quarry Rovers TNT eased to a 3-0 home victory over Didcot Town Red, with Jack Gifford, Aaron Mare and Xander Solomon on target.
In the B League, Oxford City made it seven wins from seven with a 4-2 home victory over Quarry Rovers Blast.
Jack Kavanagh (2), Sutan Pousa and Rhys King netted for City, with Awais Nisar and Harry Gill-Warner replying.
Florence Park secured the C League title with an 8-2 win at home to Bampton Town Rangers.
Luke Bennett (2), Elijah Moses (2), Jeremiah Yearwood, Liam Parker-Woodley, Jeffrey Adjattor and Kyle Woods gave the home side the required victory. Gabriel Pope hit a brace for Bampton.
Vdoka Goodwin-Malife hit a hat-trick for Oxford Blackbirds in a 4-4 draw at home to Ardington & Lockinge in the Under 15 A League.
Michael McDonagh scored Blackbirds’ other goal, while braces from Ben Barrett and Josh Dennis ensured it finished all-square.
Faringdon Town secured the Under 12 C League title with a 2-0 home triumph over Barton United.
William Noakes and Fabian Crane were on target.
A League champions Florence Park Blue lost 2-1 at home to runners-up Kennington Athletic Green.
Louis Palfrey and Charlie Clarkson netted for the visitors, with Rio Samson replying.
