THE mother of Jayden Parkinson today said time would never "erase the evil" of her murder as Jake Blakeley was jailed for three years.
Samantha Shrewsbury choked back the tears as she spoke about the heartache of losing her daughter, who was strangled by boyfriend Ben Blakeley in countryside south of Didcot in December 2013.
Today his brother Jake Blakeley was sentenced to three years after admitting perverting the course of justice. The 18-year-old was twice involved in hiding Jayden's body, first in a hole dug near the murder scene, then in the grave of the boys' uncle Alan Kennedy in All Saints churchyard.
He twice went on trial accused of knowingly preventing a lawful burial, but was found not guilty after two juries failed to reach verdicts.
The teenager has always maintained he had no idea his 22-year-old brother had killed Jayden, instead thinking he was first helping him bury weapons, then a dead dog and a dead cat.
Ben Blakeley was found guilty of murder at Oxford Crown Court last year and sentenced to a minimum of 20 years in prison.
Jayden, 17, was pregnant when she was murdered and Ms Shrewsbury said: "Time will never erase the evil that took Jayden from us.
"We can never forgive the Blakeley brothers and our nightmare will never end."
She added: "We have got birthdays, Christmases and Mother's Day this Sunday but I won't get to see my daughter or my granddaughter.
"For me it's never going to stop."
Ms Shrewbury's father Eric added: "We have only had justice under the legal system available in this country. It's not enough for us."
