A Harvester restaurant will open at Milton Gate, the new site next to the Milton Interchange and Milton Park.
The eaterie, owned by pub firm Mitchell & Butler, will be 6,000 square feet and is the fourth big brand to sign up for Milton Gate, after Ridgeway Volkswagen, Costa and MM Bellinger & Sons’ Vauxhall dealership.
Property consultant MEPC expects the Milton Gate site to open in June. An artist’s impression of the new restaurant is pictured.
Head of asset management at Milton Park Philip Campbell said: “From the original 9.07 acres which was put on the market, 3.33 acres remain for which we are in various advanced discussions.”
