THE jury in the trial of Jake Blakeley will continue considering its verdict on Tuesday.
The 18-year-old of Venners Water, Didcot, denies preventing the lawful burial of 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson in December 2013.
He is on trial at Oxford Crown Court, but after more than nine hours of deliberating the jury was unable to reach a verdict today.
Judge Patrick Eccles apologised to the jury and said the court cannot sit again until Tuesday next week.
His older brother Ben Blakeley, 23, was convicted of murdering Jayden after a trial last year.
