Elliott Garwood almost made it a famous five, but had to be content with a brace, while Wyn Tasker & Dan Panavia netted consolations for Stars.

There were also goals galore in the C League, where Florence Park cruised to a 17-2 home success against Marston Saints.

Orlandon Neli (4), Louie Wright (3), Sidney Bonfa (2), Owen Gilbert (2) and Leigh Cartwright (2) all had their shooting boots on.

It was the same scoreline at Cumnor Minors, who romped to success against Milton United Claret.

Will Gordon-Roach grabbed a double, along with strikes from Finlay Irving and Fyn O’Shea.

Cumnor Minors Under 15s were unable to emulate the success of the younger age group as their 100 per cent C League record was ended.

Despite two goals from Will Early for the hosts, hopes of a tenth straight win were ended by St Edmunds, who claimed a 2-2 draw thanks to efforts from Patrick Kelly and George Smart.

Their opponents in the final will be Ardley Utd, who won 5-0 at Horspath Youth Lions.

Dylan Romera hit a hat-trick as Bardwell won their Under 12 KO Shield semi-final 6-0 against visitors AFC Brightwell.
