A man who caused a crash on the A40 when he pulled the handbrake of his girlfriend’s car has been jailed for five years.
At Oxford Crown Court yesterday, Terry Stoute, 35, of Cresswell Close, Reading, was convicted of inflicting GBH and causing a danger to other road users on May 16, 2013.
He will also pay a £120 victims’ surcharge.
