A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital after the car he was driving overturned on the A4074 at Cane End in South Oxfordshire.
Police were called at 3.12pm after the blue Ford Ka left the road and overturned, crashing into a hedge.
The driver was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital with a serious hand injury.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue are organising the recovery of the vehicle and the traffic is still flowing in both directions.
