A MAN has been charged with a drink-driving offence after a two-vehicle collision in Wheatley.
Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Rhianne Pope said Jack Tilney, 19, of Willow Close, Garsington, will appear at Oxford Magistrates' court on February 2.
It's in connection with a collision involving a Corsa and a Volkswagen Golf in Station Road shortly before 5.30am.
A man with head injuries was taken to Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital, along with a woman who was suspected to have a back injury.
