SOME flood alerts are still in place across the county today.
Alerts remain for the River Thames, affecting Oxford including areas between Wolvercote, Radley and Jericho and the River Cherwell from Lower Heyford down to Oxford covering Thrupp and Hampton Poyle.
It said recent rainfall had caused river levels to rise, with flooding of low lying land and roads expected.
But properties are not expected to be flooded.
The warning for the River Ock from Watchfield to Abingdon and the Letcombe Brook at Wantage, Grove and East Hanney has been lifted along with that of the River Evenlode from Moreton-in-Marsh to Cassington and the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock.
