Flowers have been laid at the spot where a man lost his life in last year’s floods.
The white roses were left by the Thames near Osney lock, where mobility scooter user Gabriel Stocks fell into floodwaters.
The river had burst its banks and Mr Stocks, who was strapped to his scooter, fell into the overflow at about 6pm on January 4.
Osney lock keeper Ray Riches, who tried to rescue Mr Stocks, was presented with a bravery award by Thames Valley Police.
