A 41-YEAR-OLD woman has today pleaded not guilty to the murder of a man in Abingdon.
Natasha Elderfield, of no fixed abode, denied the crime this morning during an appearance at Oxford Crown Court.
She is alleged to have murdered 33-year-old Robert Dobinson - known locally as Robert 'Raggy' Smith - on October 19 last year.
Elderfield is accused of stabbing Mr Dobinson on the Thames Path on the River Thames, about 100 metres west of Abingdon Bridge.
A trial is now due to take place at the crown court on April 7 this year and it is estimated it will last about nine days.
Elderfield has been remanded in custody and did not apply for bail.
