The mother of a teenager who died at a Headington NHS facility has welcomed a jury inquest.
Connor Sparrowhawk died in July 2013 at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Slade House, in Horspath Driftway. It is believed the 18-year-old drowned in a bath after an epileptic fit.
HIs mother Sara Ryan, who was present at a pre-inquest review yesterday at Oxford Coroner’s Court, said: “I’m glad we have the jury, that was the big thing.”
