A 40-year-old man who pleaded guilty to stealing more than £115,000 from an antique dealer in Witney is due to be sentenced today.
Oliver Trusgnach, of Carrer de Sant Miguel, Palma, Mallorca, was detained under a European Arrest Warrant on July 7 last year.
Last year at Oxford Crown Court he admitted one count of theft and one count of forgery between April 17, 2000, and July 31, 2003. The charges relate to the theft of £115,775.07 from Witney antique dealer WR Harvey & Co and the making of false cheques. Trusgnach is in custody.
