AN OXFORD pub was visited by bosses looking to make the building safe this week.
A notice, dated January 8, was put up outside Oxford Blue, in Marston Street, after a visit was made to venue.
It said Enterprise Inns had entered the premises, on behalf of owners Unique Pub Properties, for the “purposes of making them safe and not to bring the lease to an end”.
Staff at nearby businesses said that the pub had been shut since December.
Enterprise Inns did not respond to messages left by the Oxford Mail.
