CHERWELL and West Oxfordshire residents have been asked for their feedback on plans for a major new development on the outskirts of Woodstock.
The Vanbrugh Trust and Pye Homes Ltd has submitted plans to build 1,500 homes, a primary school and retail and employment space on land south of Perdiswell Farm, Shipton Road.
The site spans the border of Cherwell District Council and West Oxfordshire District Council.
There would also be up to 930sqm of retail space and football facilities.

To make the consultation easier, residents of both districts have been asked to send feedback to Cherwell District Council.
Any information it receives will then be shared with West Oxfordshire.
It will be taken into account by both authorities when they independently vote on the planning applications in June.
Residents searching for the application on Cherwell’s website should use the reference number 14/02004/HYBRID.
Anyone using the West Oxfordshire District Council website should search for 14/02063/OUT, which will redirect them to the Cherwell website.
