A 22-year-old emergency call worker died after her car came off the A34.

Ayesha Idris was driving southbound on the A34, near the Kidlington exit, when her white Seat Ibiza left the road and hit a tree on December 28.

A report from Thames Valley Police, heard at Oxford Coroner’s Court yesterday during an inquest opening into her death, said Kidlington resident Ms Idris was believed to be travelling home from work.

No other vehicles were involved and Ms Idris, who was in the car alone, died at the scene.

The inquest into her death will take place on Wednesday, June 17.
