Further redundancies are to be made this week at the town depot of City Link, leaving just one employee on site.
It follows the Christmas Day announcement, described by transport union RMT as “absolutely shocking”, that the parcel delivery company had gone into administration.
The first round of redundancies saw 24 Bicester employees lose their jobs on New Year’s Eve and another three will go before Thursday, January 15.
Hunter Kelly, Joint Administrator of City Link Limited, said: “It is with regret that we announce further redundancies at City Link Limited, which will take effect over the coming days as the company’s remaining UK depot operations close.”
