A woman has been charged with breaching an antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) and threatening to damage or destroy property in Witney.

Kirsty Walker, of Starnham Road, Ducklington, near Witney, was charged on Sunday after she threatened to smash a window at Morrisons in Welch Way earlier that day.

The 25-year-old was given an Asbo on December 11 last year which bans her from being drunk in a public place in Oxfordshire or being in possession of any unsealed container of alcoholic liquor in any public place in Oxfordshire.

She has been bailed to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 19.
