NAOMI Perkins has introduced a very interesting business model in her new cafe.

While it’s not one that will be attractive to everyone, it certainly tests the honesty of her customers.

Trusting people to pay whatever they want for drinks and food at the cafe is a very brave step to take.

It seems to have worked fairly well so far, but only time will tell if it’s an example to be followed.

We certainly hope her faith in humanity is rewarded.
