A MAN was attacked in the Purple Turtle nightclub and left with bruising and cuts to his face.
Police said the attack was at 2am on December 28 in the male toilets of the Frewin Court club.
The victim was stood by the sinks when two men entered and attacked him.
Police said the attackers immediately left the club and headed towards Cornmarket Street.
They are both described as white, in their early twenties and wearing white t-shirts. One had short, dark hair.
Police spokesman Tom Jennings said police are interested in speaking to a man who was at the urinals during the attack and to customers who may have seen the attackers leaving.
