A driver who denies killing a 24-year-old motorist by driving dangerously on the A40 is due to go on trial today.
David Portch, 29, of Kilnwood in Walter’s Ash, Buckinghamshire, is expected to stand trial at Oxford Crown Court after he pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving on December 3, 2013.
Wilson Lau, from Kidlington, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford two days after the collision between Minster Lovell and Ducklington.
