A man given an antisocial behaviour order for dropping money had his application for bail refused yesterday.
Stuart McGhie, 45, was arrested on November 2 last year over three alleged breaches of the Asbo by dropping banknotes and coins between June 1 and October 28 in Abingdon.
He has also been charged with sending an offensive, indecent, abusive or menacing message on November 18.
McGhie, of Bargus Close in Steventon, is in custody and will return to Oxford Crown Court on March 13 for a plea and case management hearing.
