THEATREGOERS donated £5,000 to charity at collections at performances of Dirty Dancing at Oxford’s New Theatre.

The funds will go to ECHO - Evelina Children’s Heart Organisation - to support young people with heart conditions.

Staff from Oxford’s TSB bank cashed donations each day to update audiences at the show, which ends today, on how much had been collected.
