Cash is stolen from a cup on a bar
Police want to speak to this man over the theft of cash from a cup on the bar at Cafe CoCo, Cowley Road.
Thames Valley Police said a man went into the bar at about 11.10pm on Monday and asked to borrow a pair of scissors.
While a 23-year-old man was looking for the scissors the man took cash from the cup and left. Call police on 101.
