More overseas drivers were caught speeding by Thames Valley Police since January 2013 than any other police force in England and Wales.
Speed cameras clocked 3,580 offences, with a highest recorded speed of 102mph in a 70mph zone.
Foreign vehicles are not registered with the DVLA and, as a result, these speeding offences are not pursued.
If fines for these offences were collected they would total £2.3million.
The information was revealed in a Freedom of Information request by the Institute of Advanced Motorists.
