A WOMAN told jurors she was was attacked with a metal pole because she urinated on her attacker’s doorstep.

Gemma Taylor said she was assaulted by three people in the entrance to a block of flats in Territorial Way, Headington.

Remi Blackstock-Nero, 25, Tapiwa Machiha, 20, and Natasha Williams, 30, all of Territorial Way, Headington, deny causing actual bodily harm.

She yesterday told Oxford Crown Court the day before the assault she went to Blackstock-Nero’s flat between 5am and 7am with a friend.

She said they were looking for Machiha, who allegedly uploaded naked pictures of the complainant to the social networking site Instagram.

Miss Taylor said the pair, who had been drinking heavily, banged on the door and both urinated on the doorstep after an “altercation” with those inside.

She told the jury: “At the time I was very drunk and I was very angry.

“It is disgusting behaviour, it is not something I would normally do.”

She said the three defendants attacked her as she went into a different block of flats to visit her friend the next day, June 29, 2013.

She said Blackstock-Nero and Machiha used a metal pole to hit her in the ribs, back, arms and legs and she was also kicked while she lay on the floor.

She alleges Blackstock-Nero stole her mobile phone and bank card, which she denies. The trial continues.
