A motorist has denied killing a young film maker by driving dangerously on the A40.

David Portch, 29, of Kilnwood in Walter’s Ash, Bucks, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday to deny causing death by dangerous driving on the A40 on December 3 last year.

Scooter rider Wilson Lau, 24, of Kidlington, pictured, died of his injuries at John Radcliffe Hospital two days after the collision between Minster Lovell and Ducklington. Portch was released on bail to stand trail on January 5.
