Power restored to homes after power cut in Witney
Power was restored to 900 homes in and around Witney last night.
A fault to an underground cable initially hit 1,200 homes and businesses before 300 were reconnected.
Scottish and Southern Energy confirmed the power was back on by 10pm in the all the affected areas, including Witney, Hailey, Mt Pleasant, Eynsham, Swinford, Ramsden, North Leigh and Minster Lovell.
