Power cut hits Witney
A POWER cut is affecting some homes in Witney, Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) said tonight.
The power company said on Twitter that it hoped to have the problem fixed by 11.20pm tonight.
It wrote: “Engineers are carrying out initial investigations and estimate supplies will be restored for 11:20pm.”
One Twitter user said: “Great, a power cut. Ruined my NFL (National [American] Football League) Sunday.”
